Senior HR Advisor Dutch Speaking Location: Watford Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Working Hours: Full-Time Language Requirement: Fluent in Dutch and English Were looking for an experienced and people-focused Senior HR Advisor (Dutch Speaking) to join a busy, multilingual HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract . Youll play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support to Dutch-speaking employees across the business, combining your knowledge of local employment legislation with a practical, hands-on approach to HR operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone confident in managing queries, streamlining processes, and guiding others, all while being part of a collaborative and service-driven environment. What Youll Be Doing: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from Dutch-speaking team members across the region Resolve a variety of HR-related enquiries across payroll, policy, and case management, using multiple internal systems Provide tailored advice to managers and employees in line with Dutch employment law and company policies Work alongside colleagues to review service performance, spot trends, and suggest improvements to ways of working Support knowledge-sharing by delivering short, focused training sessions to improve HR understanding across the business Coach fellow team members and contribute to embedding process updates within the team Create and maintain helpful internal resources, such as manager guides and intranet content Play a key role in team-wide communication, supporting the development and delivery of regular business updates What Youll Bring: Fluency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written) Strong working knowledge of Dutch employment law and its practical use in an HR setting Experience in a high-volume HR or shared services environment Confidence to give accurate, consistent advice on policies and workplace issues Ability to manage and triage queries, while maintaining a high level of service Strong interpersonal skills youll work with both HR colleagues and stakeholders at all levels A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance service delivery Ideally, youll hold a recognised HR qualification (such as CIPD) or equivalent experience What Youll Enjoy: When you join, youll be part of a workplace that values collaboration, well-being, and personal development.
