This junior to mid-level role is ideal for someone early in their health 'safety career, whos eager to learn and grow in a hands-on, site-based environment. Youll work closely with Project Managers and site teams on a range of construction and retail fit-out projects including reconfigurations, refurbishments, and Solar PV installations for clients like Tesco, Sainsburys, Pets at Home and many more. Youll be joining a small, supportive Health & Safety team, reporting to the H&S Manager, shadowing senior H&S advisors and external auditors during onboarding, working closely with Project Managers and Site Managers. Our team culture is collaborative and coaching-led, perfect for someone developing in their career, as this role is strongly site based, you must attend head office in Castleford at least once a month.
