Associate Director Gloucestershire Salary Up to 85,000 Car Allowance Im working exclusively with a well-established and rapidly growing construction consultancy based in Gloucestershire, looking to appoint a commercially focused Associate Director. The Role As Associate Director, youll take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often across large and complex projects. Youll play a pivotal role in business growth, team leadership, and client relationship management. Key duties include: Project Delivery Leading the full project lifecycle from feasibility to completion Business Development & Strategy Identifying opportunities, winning work, and helping shape the companys strategic direction Team Leadership Conducting performance reviews, mentoring junior staff, and implementing tailored training programmes Client Relationships Acting as a trusted advisor and key contact for major clients Financial Oversight Managing budgets, project finances, and profitability Innovation & Technology Driving innovation, embracing new technologies, and ensuring the business stays ahead of industry trends The Ideal Candidate Will Have MRICS or MCIOB qualified Excellent commercial experience in a consultancy environment Proven background in delivering projects in hospitality, leisure, retail, residential, or commercial sectors Strong leadership and client management capabilities Strategic thinker with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset Passion for innovation and continuous improvement Whats On Offer?
