The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, youll play a central role in delivering outstanding cost consultancy services to clients, with a focus on service excellence and achieving positive project outcomes. Youll be responsible for the full range of pre- and post-contract duties, including: Cost planning and estimating Procurement advice and tender management Contract administration and post-contract cost control Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts Building and maintaining strong client relationships Youll be working on projects typically valued between 5m and 50m, and your input will directly contribute to the success and profitability of the business.
