This role is reporting into the People Director & will be playing a key part in shaping what the future of the brand looks like - from the inside out. The role: As Head of People, you''ll lead the people strategy across retail and head office. You''ll be responsible for ensuring the business is set up for continued growth - through the lens of culture, development, talent and engagement. You''ll work closely with senior leaders, acting as a true business partner and critical friend - helping to shape a people function that supports high performance, attracts brilliant people, and champions an inclusive, supportive culture.
