Financial Planner | Bath / Hybrid | 70,000 Basic Bonus Inherited Client Bank Were representing a highly respected independent financial planning and investment management business with an urgent need for an experienced Financial Planner to join their team. This opportunity provides immediate access to a well-established client bank, available due to the planned retirement of a longstanding adviser. Youll initially be based in the Bath office, with a planned relocation to central Bristol in due course due to the firms acquisition by a reputable Bristol-based wealth group. (Notably, this transition will not impact your client bank). The Opportunity: 70,000 basic salary Bonus structure with no cap 3.5 x validation, 33% of everything over that Inherited portfolio of c.100 clients Circa 25 million AUM , generating 150k160k in recurring income Hybrid/Flexible working - no mandated office days Your Role: As a client-facing Financial Planner, youll take over and nurture an existing portfolio while identifying further opportunities to grow through referrals, introducers (e.g. accountants and solicitors), and your own networks. Youll be supported by a first-class paraplanning and admin function, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality advice across pensions, investments, and estate planning.
