We are working with a leading law firm based in Manchester for an Associate to join their Corporate team. The Role: The successful candidate will join an impressive Corporate team, working on M&A, venture capital, corporate finance, and general corporate matters. The Associate will be involved in drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, managing due diligence, and advising clients on structuring and compliance. The individual will have strong transactional experience. A willingness to become involved in business development and an ability to develop client relationships is also important. Essential Criteria: 4-7 years PQE; Corporate background; Ability to develop relationships; Ability to run own transactions; Willingness to engage in business development; Technically excellent; Strong communication skills; Flexible and collaborative team player.
