The Opportunity :As a Senior Designer, youll be a key driver in producing high-impact, end-to-end creative across digital, print, packaging, and video. From campaign ideation to art direction, youll work hand-in-hand with our Senior Creative Lead, agencies, and cross-functional teams to ignite brand relevance and connect emotionally with our customers.Youll be part of a vibrant, creative marketing team in a business where FMCG meets retail and no two days are the same. Were collaborative, agile, and obsessed with designing moments of joy Key Duties & Responsibilities : Campaign Creative Lead end-to-end campaign design across digital, print, and packaging. Shape big ideas into bold, brand-right creative for the UK & Ireland. Adapt global assets with local flair while pushing creative boundaries. Digital & Motion Design Design standout assets for email, web, app, and social. Bring campaigns to life with motion graphics, GIFs, and interactive elements. Optimise creative for UX, performance, and engagement. Photo & Video Direct shoots from concept to post-production. Capture crave-worthy content that tells our story and drives desire. Creative Ops & Leadership Manage studio workflows and timelines. Mentor agencies/freelancers and guide quality output. Collaborate with copywriters for cohesive messaging.
