Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of a major, high-profile development platform in Istanbul. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment with frequent and sometimes last-minute travel demands.The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker (British preferred) with proven experience supporting senior executives or high-profile business leaders in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to handle high-level engagements across multiple time zones are key to success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive, high-level support to the Managing Director, including complex scheduling, correspondence management, and logistical planning.Manage frequent and extensive international travel arrangements, accompanying the Managing Director on trips whenever required.Coordinate high-level meetings with global partners, investors, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.Prepare and organize briefing materials, presentations, and executive documentation for strategic discussions.Anticipate the needs of the Managing Director and ensure smooth daily operations while balancing shifting priorities.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Assist in event organization, VIP guest relations, and protocol management during domestic and international engagements.Candidate Profile:Native English speaker (British nationality or background preferred); additional languages are a plus.7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff supporting C-level executives or prominent business leaders.Comfortable with extensive travel, often on short notice, and capable of handling irregular working hours due to international time zones.Strong experience in high-pressure, international corporate environments, ideally within investment, luxury, real estate, or similar sectors.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.High emotional intelligence, discretion, and excellent communication skills.Based in London or the UK and willing to relocate to Istanbul (relocation support provided).Why Apply?This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a prominent business leader on a globally significant project.
