They are currently recruiting for a Motor Fraud Lawyer to join their Liverpool office on a hybrid basis. The firm offers an attractive hybrid working policy, along with flexible working hours and a competitive salary.Your new roleThis Motor Fraud Lawyer position will see you:Handling own caseload of litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims involving allegations of fraudSpecialising in claims involving Low Velocity ImpactsInstructing Counsel to attend conferences, hearings and CMCsProgressing claims in a timely manner in accordance with the CPRWhat you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive, however, those qualified by experience are also encouraged to apply. Previous experience handling motor fraud claims is beneficial but not essential.
