Job descriptionWe are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to fire protection. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be given full guidance and support to complete all aspects of commercial management and contract procurement.Responsibilities- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities- Evaluate and negotiate variations in contracts- Perform cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work- Conduct risk assessments- Provide advice on contractual claims- Monitor progress and ensure projects meet quality standardsExperience- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor- Strong knowledge of passive fire fire protection- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in cost controlIf you are a meticulous Quantity Surveyor with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality projects, we would love to hear from you.Job Type: PermanentPay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per yearEducation:Bachelor's (preferred)Experience:surveying: 2 years (preferred)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Birmingham
