This hands-on role involves precision machining, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-quality engineering environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC milling machines with a proactive, hands-on attitude and strong work ethicDeliver high-quality components to specification and deadlinesFollow and uphold all company Health & Safety policies and proceduresMaintain a clean, organized workspace in line with 5S and lean practicesSupport and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the departmentAdhere to process times and ensure work is completed efficientlyFlex across related disciplines when needed, applying a multi-skilled approachMentor and support cross-training initiatives across the teamWhat We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience:Machine experience withing a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of CNC programmingFamiliarity with turning and milling processesComfortable using Microsoft Office and related softwareShift PatternMonday – Thursday: 14:30 – 22:30 (30-minute lunch break)Friday: 12:30 – 20:00
