Senior Site Manager – South West (Special Projects)Package negotiable dependant on experience*Remedial Works | Permanent | Regional RoleI'm working with a well-regarded developer who’ve set up a dedicated Special Projects division to deliver remediation and legacy works across their South West patch. They’re after a Senior Site Manager to take a lead role on projects that matter, work that’s detailed, quality-led, and well-supported internally.You’ll be based regionally, managing active remediation works on volume residential schemes. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys the technical side of site management and who takes real pride in getting things right.What you’ll be doing:Leading day-to-day operations on residential remediation projectsManaging subcontractors, build teams, and health 'safety with a strong site presenceMaking sure work is delivered safely, accurately, and in line with technical recommendationsCoordinating with customer care, commercial, and technical departmentsReporting to the Build Manager and feeding back on progress, resourcing, and programmeWhat we’re looking for:Previous experience delivering housing projects, ideally including legacy or remedial workA practical, solutions-led approach to technical site issuesStrong knowledge of health 'safety, QA, and NHBC/regulatory standardsConfident in managing subcontractors and maintaining high build standards under pressureSMSTS, CSCS (black or gold), and First AidWhat’s on offer:Bonus scheme, car or allowance, private medical, pension and other benefitsA stable role within a growing and well-supported special projects teamA chance to be part of something meaningful, fixing issues properly and building trust with customersTo be considered, please apply directly to the advertisement with an updated CV.
