Join Our Team as a Senior Manager - Administration ConsultingLocation: LondonAre you looking to work as a trusted adviser to clients in the defined benefit pensions sector? This is an exciting opportunity to join Brightwell as a Senior Manager in their consulting practice, where you would get to deliver a range of pensions administration related projects to clients, including GMPe, Pensions Dashboards, regulatory change, client onboarding, buy ins/buyouts and more. What you’ll do:Lead the initiation and implementation of key administration projects e.g. pensions dashboards, GMP equalisation, factor reviews, legislative change. Support in new administration client implementations including providing strategic and technical input into the development of workflows, communications and calculations.Work with administration system provider, admin systems team, clients and the wider business to improve system automation including enhanced self-service functionality for members and straight-through processing.Act as an interface to clients on administration project matters, including preparing papers for Trustee and client service review meetings.Participate in external industry forums to stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and regulatory changes. Monitor upcoming legislative and regulatory changes impacting pensions administration and the impact on BrightwellWork with the member communications team to support the development and refresh of member-facing materials.Oversee the resolution of escalated complaints, ensuring root causes are addressed and improvements are implemented to prevent recurrence.Oversee the implementation of annual scheme events e.g. pension increases, benefit statements.Identify opportunities to contribute to the business’s financial success, including areas for revenue generation and operational efficiency.Develop and manage budgets related to administration projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.This role is considered a Conduct Rules role under the SMCR regime.
