About the role:We are experiencing a time or growth and transformation resulting in seeking an experienced Reporting Manager. This role will be instrumental in building a best-in-class reporting function to streamline and centralise a reporting model that supports clear decision-making.This is a strategic leadership position that will shape our data culture and make a lasting business impact.Key role and responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of BI Developers and Analysts to deliver high-quality, impactful reportingEngage with stakeholders to define and implement a business-wide MI/BI strategy and reporting roadmapEstablish and operate a central Reporting Shared Service — delivering trusted, unified data across the organisationOversee the design and operation of Power BI dashboards and analytics tools to support business performanceChampion data governance, process documentation, and reporting best practices via a Centre of ExcellenceSupport technical data tasks including SQL modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines, API integration, and automation using PythonDrive a high-performing, data-literate culture — influencing change and encouraging data-driven decision-makingEnsure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and internal policies while delivering excellent internal serviceSkills and experience required:Demonstrated experience leading and motivating technical reporting or BI teamsProven ability to influence business performance through data and analytics.Strong knowledge of Power BI (or similar platforms), and advanced MS Excel Experience with SQL, and Python or other programming languages Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — ability to interpret complex data insightsA problem-solver with knowledge of change and system management processesPositive, energetic, and collaborative mindset Background in the energy industry is desirable but not essentialBenefits package offered:Competitive salary and performance-based profit share bonusEnhanced pension scheme Generous annual leavePrivate medical insurance, life insurance, income protection and dental Day off on your birthdayFree breakfast, snacks, and fruit in the officeFree parking and a modern, community-focused officeAccess to an online learning platform and career development supportLegendary company parties and a vibrant workplace cultureAt Corona Energy, we believe that diversity and inclusion are essential to driving innovation and discovery.
