REWARD ANALYSTWeybridge (KT13 0SL) | 37.5 Hours Per Week | PermanentWe’re looking for a Reward Analyst to join our growing Reward team at ISS UK & Ireland — a key role supporting data-led decision-making and shaping fair, competitive compensation practices across the business.Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you’ll partner with stakeholders across functions, take ownership of high-impact projects and help mature our approach to total reward.This is a great opportunity to build your reward expertise in a global organisation that places people at its heart.What You’ll Do:Deliver benchmarking and market analysis to support competitive compensationAnalyse salary, bonus, and benefits data to inform decisions and reportingSupport annual review processes and ensure accurate reward data across systemsContribute to reward frameworks, grading, and job architecture designPrepare reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and HR systemsMonitor compliance with pay regulations, including EU Pay TransparencyAct as a trusted point of contact for reward queries and insightsAbout You:Demonstrable experience in reward, compensation or data-focused HR rolesComfortable working with large datasets and HRIS toolsExcellent data analysis skills and data modelling skillsAdvanced Excel user (essential).
