Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for food innovation and project delivery?We’re partnering with a leading food and drink manufacturer that’s looking to expand its product development team with a capable and collaborative Operations Coordinator – NPD.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving new products from concept to shelf across a diverse and growing portfolio, in both local and global markets.As Operations Coordinator – NPD, you’ll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new product initiatives and product changes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and R&D — as well as external partners including suppliers, co-packers, agencies, and regulators. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the product pipeline, delivering projects on time and within budget, and ensuring all packaging and regulatory requirements are met. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and deliver product development and rollout projects within an approved pipelineCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project executionSupport marketing initiatives with label and packaging developmentTrack and report on project progress, flagging risks and resolving issuesEnsure all work complies with regulatory and technical standardsRecommend improvements to the development process based on industry trends and insights What We're Looking ForA degree (ideally in Marketing or a technical discipline)2+ years of experience in project management, marketing, procurement, or product development within the food & drink industryProven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environmentStrong attention to detail and a structured, organised approachCollaborative mindset with excellent written communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)If the role and responsibilities sound like a good fit for you, then I’d love to speak to you!Please get in touch with Victoria Winter or click “Apply Now” to be considered for this vacancy.
