Business Systems Coordinator | 12 Month FTC | Hybrid – 2x a week in BirminghamAre you an experienced administrator with a passion for IT? A leading FTSE 100 construction company is looking for a Business Systems Coordinator to join their Business Systems team on a 12-month fixed term contract.This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and supportive team where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth system operations, reporting accuracy and compliance with audit processes. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate regular reporting and audit tasks using a core ERP systemManage and maintain monthly reporting cyclesSupport user queries by overseeing and resolving support ticketsDevelop and maintain process documentation to ensure consistency and complianceCollaborate across departments to support audits, IT onboarding and ongoing system updatesAdminister Microsoft Forms and manage shared team inboxes and calendarsAssist in project delivery and coordinate team meetings and activities About You:Organised and proactive with excellent communication skillsDemonstrated experience with reporting runs, audit preparation and minute takingExperience with ERP systems (COINS ERP highly desirable)Background in construction or housebuilding sectors is beneficialConfident using Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and collaboration toolsThis opportunity offers hybrid working with up to 3 days a week from home and the rest at one of their central offices – either Birmingham, Warrington or York.
