The ability to work harmoniously within a team of professionals is critical as we continue to improve patient care.IMS Recruitment’s client operates modern hospitals in Bermuda, offering high standards of care from its international workforce.Bermuda is renowned for a high standard of living, outdoor activities, historical towns, beautiful beaches and wonderful climate.IMS is seeking an experienced CLINICAL EDUCATOR NURSE for its Nursing Staff Development Department.Key responsibilities include:Plans, develops, implements, evaluates and promotes patient, family, community and staff education for the assigned directorate.Establishes educational goals and objectives on behalf of the Nursing Staff Development Department for the Maternal/ Child DirectorateEstablishes attainable staff competencies and assists staff in maintaining high standards of performanceAssists with orientation and ongoing clinical and professional development of staffAssists with direct patient care to maintain clinical skills.Deputizes for other Clinical Nurse Educators when requiredThe offerOn offer are excellent working conditions and financial terms.Attractive salary (very low tax)Relocation allowance, subsidised accommodation, insurance2 year contractsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
