Our additive production process was recently scaled up 10×, and we are now focused on creating a fully licensable commercial flowsheet—demonstrated with “steel on the ground.”We are finalising the construction of a mini full-flowsheet pilot plant at our Nottingham facility. This plant will operate over the next six months before integrating with real flue gas. The operational data and lab results will feed into our process design documentation and models, supporting the design of a 100× commercial demonstrator.C4C has won multiple prestigious awards, including the UN Climate Challenge Cup at COP26, and is partly owned by Siam Cement Group and Goldbeck GmbH. We collaborate with the University of Nottingham, Leeds, Sheffield, Warwick, and leading manufacturers such as Holcim, CRH, Marshalls, and Ibstock.Learn more about us:• Technologies & Vacancies• Day in the C4C Labs• Employee Perspectives• Founder's StoryThe OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead our scale-up journey—from lab pilot to commercial demonstration.
