We anticipate, innovate and flex around our customer’s needs and it takes a great team to do this.About the Role: c2c is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Rostering Clerk to join our Service Delivery team. In this role, you will support the management team by creating efficient rosters for station, traincrew, and other operational ancillary grades. You will ensure that resources are matched appropriately to work instances, maintaining productivity and compliance with conditions of service.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with train planning, operational, and station management teams to understand resource requirements and their impact on rosters.Build long-term and weekly rosters within codified agreements and employee conditions of service.Process annual leave, sickness reporting, managerial requests, and other absence requests.Utilize provided resource and planning technology to deliver accurate rosters.Provide management and exception reports, and ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulations.Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and ensure fair allocation of rest day working and overtime.Qualifications:General education to GCSE, O level, or equivalent standards including English and Mathematics.Strong team player with the ability to support managerial objectives.Thorough knowledge of c2c and Network Rail operations, geography, and train plans.Experience with industry-recognised systems and technology.
