Exciting Opportunity: HR Advisor – 6-Month Contract Mobile Telecoms | Hybrid (Greater Reading Area)Are you an HR professional with a passion for employee relations and a knack for providing solid advice in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner to join a dynamic telecoms team for a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a group of HR Business Partners and make a real impact in a rapidly evolving industry.Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office (Greater Reading Area)Contract Length: 6 monthsKey Responsibilities:Support 3 HR Business Partners in delivering effective HR services across the business, particularly in employee relations.Provide first-line advice on HR issues and manage employee relations (ER) cases, ensuring compliance and fairness throughout.Apply your solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices to handle a range of employee-related matters with pragmatism and professionalism.Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from junior staff to senior leaders, and act as a reliable advisor on HR matters.Manage sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring employees feel heard and respected.Balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and sound judgment in your decision-making.What We’re Looking For:A solid foundation in HR, with hands-on experience in employee relations within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong understanding of UK employment law and the ability to apply it effectively in real-world situations.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders across the organization.An empathetic approach to managing sensitive issues, with the ability to handle challenging conversations with care.Experience with HRIS systems and a strong eye for detail to maintain data integrity and keep HR records accurate.If you’re ready to take on a meaningful role in a growing telecoms company and thrive in a supportive, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now and be a part of a forward-thinking HR team driving positive change!
