Fram are working on a great opportunity to join a growing Financial Planning firm based in Cardiff. Our client is looking to hire a Paraplanner with a year plus experience to join their established team. The Paraplanning team, work in a pooled environment along with an administrator supporting circa 3 experienced Financial Planners. The firm is independent deals with cashflow modelling, retirement, tax and estate planning along with investment management. The role is to provide paraplanning support to advisors and our client will encourage growth and development into an experienced member of the team. Our client office hours are 8am-4pm or 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday and offer WFH days after probation period. They are looking for candidate who can : Work with the adviser, and help prepare for client meetings, following up by updating fact finds, meeting notes and liaising with other teamsCoordinate with the financial planner and administrator action points arising from the meeting.Build close relationships with clients.Researching solutions to meet the client needs.Responsible for writing advice into an easy to understand and compliant suitability letter.Produce financial planning and investment suitability letters across a range of areas of adviceWorking with the administration team to ensure the advice is implemented correctly.Assist the financial planner with cash flow presentations, when required.Help to maintain CRM system, ensuring relevant information and research is saved accordingly.Assist and contribute to the development of the financial planning proposition, new processes, and systems within the team. An ideal candidate will be Diploma qualified ( DipPFS/DipFA) or higher with a background in paraplanning and knowledge of IO, cashcal and dynamic planner would be an advantage.
