Our client is a leading international bank and looking to hire a structured finance lawyer with strong securitisation experience to join the legal team in a Senior Counsel role.The successful candidate will be joining an established existing team and provide support to a variety of businesses within the bank's transaction management group. The work covered in this team is broad and you will be involved in securitsations across a range of asset classes and also cover a broader range of finance transactions such as fund finance, whilst working closely with the origination team in the business.
