Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented solicitor with 0–2 years’ post-qualification experience to join our property litigation team. Based in South West London , this role offers exposure to a wide range of contentious property matters and the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including commercial entities, developers, charities, and private individuals.About the RoleYou’ll be joining a well-established team known for handling high-value and complex property disputes. The work is varied and intellectually stimulating, and includes:Lease renewals (both contested and uncontested)Possession and trespass claimsInjunctions and enforcement actionsService charge disputes (residential and commercial)Support for transactional property teamsDisputes involving covenants, boundaries, rights of way, and rights of lightBuilding safety and fire regulation mattersAdverse possession and disrepair claimsTelecommunications-related property issuesWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re keen to hear from candidates who:Hold a law degree (ideally with a 2:1 or above)Are newly qualified or have up to two years’ PQE, with at least one seat in property litigationAre proactive, commercially aware, and eager to build strong client relationshipsCan manage their own caseload and work independentlyHave excellent drafting skills and attention to detailAre enthusiastic about developing their career and contributing to team growthTeam Culture & StructureThe team is collaborative, ambitious, and committed to professional development.
