In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues across Commercial Sales, Partnerships & Events, and Activation & Marketing, forming part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that supports and services our valued customer network.This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to travel to the US regularly, helping deliver our partner events at some of the biggest sports in the world.You’ll be responsible for building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring each one receives an exceptional customer experience. Your work will play a key role in delivering our first-class service standards and directly contribute to achieving the annual Client Services Repeat Business target.This is a Manchester based role (Ancoats), the role will involve working around US hour 3 days a week (12:00 - 20:00) to keep inline with oversees client calls. 1-2 days WFH are permitted after the probation period.What we offer?- Basic £30,000 - £35,000- Global expenses paid travel to iconic sporting venues (mainly US)- Personal development courses- Annual profit bonus scheme- 31 days holiday (including bank holidays) plus birthday leave.- Quarterly socials and company events.- Cycle, tech and car scheme.Required Experience- MUST have at least 3 years in a B2B Account Management role- A proven track record in B2B Account Management, with a strong focus on client retention and growth.- Exceptional customer service skills and a natural ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.- Confident engaging with and influencing senior-level stakeholders across a range of industries.- Experience in developing and nurturing client accounts, including identifying upsell opportunities and managing successful renewals- A solutions-oriented mindset, with experience in effectively resolving client issues or complaints.- Proficiency in using CRM systems or other customer management platforms to track performance and manage client relationships.- This is a Manchester based role (Ancoats) working both US and UK hours.
