This role requires a seasoned project management professional with experience in managing multiple projects, aligning business and customer objectives, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and improving our project delivery approach, mentoring junior project managers, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency. This role is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and expectations.Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues early, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage project budgets, providing accurate cost and time estimates and ensuring financial efficiency.Process Improvement: Continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Resource Management: Ensure optimal allocation of resources across projects and collaborate with teams to maximize productivity.Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers, helping to build a strong project management capability within Hypercube.Performance Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success and report on project progress to senior leadership.Business Growth Support: Collaborate with the business development team to shape and secure new projects by providing insights and expertise.Required Skills & ExperienceWe welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
