The Construction Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing site staff, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and keeping detailed records of site activities. Effective planning and cost control are key aspects of the role as well as high health and safety standards.QualificationsSkills in Site Management and Construction Site ManagementExperience with Planning, Cost Control, and BudgetingStrong organisational and leadership abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesRelevant educational background in construction management or related field is a plusExperience in project management is beneficial
