Our client, a luxury holiday stay company in Cheshire is seeking an experienced Part Time Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, with a strong financial understanding, Office Management experience within a smaller company and happy to work 25 hours a week.Location: Cheshire Salary: £35,000-£40,000 pro rata per annum Contract: Part time - 25 hours a weekConsultant: - Please direct all enquiries to Charley. This is a unique hybrid role that requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a reactive environment. You will act as the Office Manager and Bookkeeper ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation and internal communications.Office Support:Provide high-level Office Manager and Bookkeeper supportManage VAT returns, keeping all records up to dateLiaising with HMRCInvoicingMaking paymentsHandle confidential information with discretionDraft internal and external communicationsLiaise with all staff on behalf of executivesStreamline internal communication and decision-making processesIdentify operational inefficiencies and help implement improvementsOther Duties as Required:Take on any ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business and support the Founders in their day-to-day responsibilities.Requirements:Proven experience as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper or similar hybrid roleImpeccable organisational and time management skillsExceptional written and verbal communicationAbility to multitask, prioritise and operate with discretionConfident working with senior stakeholders and external partnersProficiency in XERO and other accountancy packagesSkills & Qualifications:Proven 5 years + experience as an Office Manager /Bookkeeper Skills:Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Adaptability to shifting priorities and changing business needs.Enthusiastic, flexible and approachable demeanour.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.Strong attention to detail.Ability to remain professionally calm within an ever-changing environment.Attributes: A proactive, can-do attitude with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
