It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in commercial property within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.Why Join?The firm is expanding across the region and has long-term development at its coreParalegals are viewed as integral fee earners, with real responsibility and client exposureThere’s a commitment to internal progression, from paralegal to trainee, and beyondYou’ll benefit from close mentoring, a strong learning culture, and ongoing supportWhat You’ll Be Doing:You’ll support on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:Client liaison and assisting with day-to-day enquiriesLeasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposalsDrafting and approving leases, rent deposit deeds, and licencesConducting title investigations, searches, and preparing reportsLiaising with agents, councils, utility providers, and other solicitorsPreparing and reviewing auction packsManaging exchange, completion, and post-completion formalities (including SDLT and Land Registry)Ensuring financial balances are cleared and files are closedYou’ll also be encouraged to get involved in marketing and business development activities, helping the department grow and build lasting relationships.What They’re Looking ForLaw degree or equivalent work experiencePrevious exposure to commercial property is advantageous but not essential - full training will be provided.
