I have been exclusively instructed on this role, looking for a Mid-Senior Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a US firm. This is a strategic growth hire within a lean, high-performing team, and a great opportunity to take on senior responsibilities and work on a strong pipeline of cross-border transactions.The practice is ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers, and is known for advising both lenders and borrowers on complex UK, European and US-based real estate finance transactions. The team is uniquely positioned at the intersection of commercial real estate lending and structured real estate finance, offering a rare breadth of experience; from senior and mezzanine loans, to distressed financings, CMBS and fund finance matters, amongst others.Requirements: 3+ years’ PQE (E&W or common law qualified, with preference for London experience)Background in a top-ranked Real Estate Finance or Structured Finance team Experience supervising juniors and managing transactions
