Property Project Manager – Restaurant / Retail  Location: London-based with hybrid workingA leading international food brand with a significant number of high-street locations across the UK and Europe is looking for a commercially focused Property Project Manager to oversee the rollout of new store openings and property projects across their estate. With a growing presence in both the restaurant and grocery sectors, this business continues to evolve its enormously successful brand.   The Role This role will report into the Property Director and is responsible for managing all aspects of property development and fit-out projects from inception to post-completion. You'll be expected to:Lead the programme and project management for new site openings and refurbishments to value £100,000Oversee cost estimating, feasibility studies, budgeting, and post-project auditsBuild strong relationships with external consultants, contractors, and suppliersChampion safety and compliance with CDM and Building RegulationsDrive continuous improvement through post-completion reviews and process updatesAdvise on franchise partner build-outs and refurbishment programmesEnsure key frameworks, processes, and documentation are kept current and accurateWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in Project  Management, ideally in the retail or hospitality sectors (QSR Quick Service Restaurants ideally)A degree in surveying, construction management, or equivalent professional experienceStrong project and cost management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySolid understanding of commercial lease terms, procurement, and contractor negotiationExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to internal and external stakeholdersA proactive and self-motivated mindset with strong organisational skillsA commitment to safety, quality, and brand standards across every project Why Join?
