Sales & PerformanceSupport the achievement of store sales targets and key performance indicators.Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.Motivate the team to drive results through effective leadership and feedback.2. Customer Experience & CRMDeliver a consistently high level of service and experience on the shop floor.Encourage team use of CRM tools to build and maintain client relationships.Support clienteling efforts, ensuring customer data is captured accurately and used effectively for outreach and events.3.
