Job Title: Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Property Litigation 2-8 PQE Location: Bristol, hybrid. Salary: 50,000 - 85,000 Hours: Full-time Job reference: CWS444 Responsibilities Advising clients (including commercial landlords, tenants, developers, and landowners) on a wide range of property-related disputes. Drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements. Managing a varied caseload of property disputes, including boundary issues, rights of way, dilapidations, and lease renewals Conducting legal research and staying up to date with developments in property and landlord & tenant law. Negotiating settlements and representing clients in alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation. Attending court hearings, tribunals, and client meetings when required. Working closely with colleagues across the firm to provide joined-up advice in relation to transactional property matters or corporate support. Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory obligations. Supporting business development initiatives and building strong client relationships through excellent service delivery Build and maintain strong client relationships, including with individuals, landlords, and SMEs Collaborate across departments and contribute to the wider goals of the team Experience Required At least 2 years post qualified (England & Wales) experience in property disputes. Comfortable managing a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision Background of working in other regional, national or leading law firms on complex disputes Able to handle your own caseload from inception to completion with minimal to no supervision Personable, friendly and a team player attitude with motivation to drive the department and your own career to success Benefits Bonus structure Career development tailored to you.
