Due to Expansion our client is seeking an assistant manager for their store in Manchester. Their brand holds a market leading position within fashion and accessories. They have an excellent reputation for quality products, innovative designs and welcoming stores that are focused on service. Salary on offer is up to 32,000 plus a monthly bonus based on store sales target To be considered for the role its essential that you have supervisory / team leadership or assistant management experience within retail. You will be responsible for: People Leadership - including rota planning, staff performance management, motivation, leadership and inspiration. Setting goals and organizing the day to day priorities of your team. Customer service Management - upholding the brand standards, ensuring brand standards are met across all customer engagement points.
