Job Description

The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading national law firm renowned for its expertise in insurance law. As part of the firms growing Property Damage team, you will focus on the Recoveries specialism, managing a caseload of Household and Commercial Property claims arising from perils such as fires, floods, impacts, and product liability. These are predominantly high-value claims, typically exceeding 10,000, with many over 100,000. In this client-facing role, you will handle files from instruction to resolution, including investigating liability, reviewing and drafting legal documents, managing disclosure, instructing counsel and experts, and preparing for hearings and settlement negotiations. You will also support alternative dispute resolution processes, attend court, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded lawyer to deliver high-quality legal solutions while developing strong client relationships.
