The team handles an exciting and varied workload, acting for investors, lenders, high-profile entrepreneurs and large estate owners. The ideal candidate will have experience advising and representing clients on issues relating to rural land ownership and agricultural matters and have strong technical proficiency and knowledge of farm business tenancies, secured lending, farm partnerships and succession rights. The firm has offices throughout Lancashire and Cumbria, and all locations are commutable via train and public transport, with parking available at various locations.
