Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline, they are now seeking a skilled Building Services Manager to join their experienced team. The Role As Building Services Manager , youll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of M&E services across multiple live projectsfrom pre-construction support and design coordination through to installation , commissioning , and handover . Youll work closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure building services are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standardsacross a variety of projects in sectors such as commercial , education , healthcare , and residential .
