What Youll Be Doing Leading and managing the Estates team, including direct reports. Overseeing leases, licences, valuations, and legal matters. Managing built assets and infrastructure across the estate. Supporting business planning, budgeting, and income generation. Liaising with stakeholders including The Verderers of the New Forest. Contributing to national projects like Forest Holidays and Forestry Englands Energy Strategy. What Were Looking For Essential: MRICS or FRICS chartered status. Degree in Rural or relevant Estate Management. Strong experience in rural or general practice estate management. Desirable: RICS Registered Valuer status. FAAV membership. Familiarity with GIS and MS Office. Understanding of sustainable forest management.
