What you bring Proven track record of leading HSE transformation in a large-scale, complex environment (heavy industry, manufacturing, oil & gas, nuclear, aerospace, or similar). Deep expertise in safety leadership, behavioural safety, systems thinking, and regulatory compliance. A genuine passion for culture change not just managing risk but changing mindsets and behaviours. Exceptional leadership skills with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders and the empathy to connect with people on the ground.
