Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join the team at the Sizewell project. This is a key leadership role ensuring that all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are rigorously applied across our operations, in line with legal requirements, project specifications, and internal policies. The successful candidate will work closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and stakeholders to embed a proactive safety culture on-site, lead risk management initiatives, and ensure continual improvement in safety performance. Requirements: Degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field. NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) essential. Proven track record in managing health and safety on large-scale construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of UK HSE regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence and drive a positive safety culture across multidisciplinary teams.
