Role - Experienced Post Completions Assistant Location - Walthamstow E17 Salary - 26k - 32k We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Post Completions Paralegal to join our growing legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience in post-completion work who is also eager to develop or contribute in supporting fee earners with active files. About the Role: You will take ownership of the post-completion process for residential conveyancing transactions, ensuring all registrations and related tasks are completed accurately and promptly. For candidates with more advanced experience, the role will also involve assisting fee earners with file progression and client management. Responsibilities include: Submitting SDLT returns and AP1 applications to HMRC and Land Registry Managing and responding to requisitions and office copy requests Filing and organising completion documents Updating case management systems and ensuring key deadlines are met Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and agents as required Supporting fee earners with general file administration, drafting, and client queries (for experienced candidates) What We''re Looking For: Minimum of 12 years experience in a post completions role Solid understanding of the post-completion process in residential conveyancing Familiarity with case management systems (e.g., LEAP, Proclaim, or similar) Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload Experience assisting on fee-earning files is desirable for higher salary banding55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
