Main responsibilities To conduct HACCP Food Safety Inspection, Health & Safety Inspections and audits Conduct Customer Audits & review findings Deal with Customer Complaints To monitor microbiological results & samples submissions and update risk assessments Coach and develop of the unit based managers and teams. Interact with, colleagues, customers and clients in a professional manner at all times. Adhere to Unit safety measures in place & adhere to security compliance.
