We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a brand-new, independent school. About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, youll work closely with teachers and pupils to support learning in and out of the classroom. Youll play a vital role in helping students achieve their potentialacademically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Support pupils learning across a range of subjects and activities Work one-to-one or with small groups of students as needed Assist in the preparation of classroom resources Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment Contribute to the wider life of the school What Were Looking For: A caring, patient, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for education and supporting young people Qualifications in education or childcare are desirable , but not essential Experience working with children or young people is a bonus but not requiredwe value attitude and potential Why Join Us?
