Job Opportunity: Senior Case Officer (Tribunals) Location: Greater Manchester with fully remote working Contract: 6 Months (with 3-month break clause) Rate: 370/day Start Date: Within 2 weeks About the Role Panoramic is working with a local authority in Greater Manchester who is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Officer to manage a caseload of approximately 20 appeals, working alongside another Senior Officer. Key Responsibilities Manage and progress a caseload of c.20 tribunal appeals Prepare and review case bundles with dedicated bundling support Liaise with legal teams, appellants, and tribunal services Ensure cases are handled efficiently and in line with statutory requirements Provide expert advice and guidance on tribunal procedures and case strategy What They''re Looking For Proven experience in tribunal casework, ideally within a local authority Strong understanding of appeal processes and SEND legislation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Immediate availability or ability to start within 2 weeks Please reach out if you are interested with your CV.
