They are accountable for for stock management within the store. Supporting the day-to-day operations of the boutique and working along side high-performing teams, and delivering a refined and luxurious client experience in line with Longchamps heritage and values. Key Stock Responsibilities To manage all stock deliveries Organizing and monitoring inventories, ensuring efficient levels maintained To ensure stock merchandise is kept in pristine condition, correctly priced and ticketed To conduct weekly Stock counts Checking stocks at opening and closing To ensure all merchandise is correctly ticketed and security tagged To ensure all stock areas are maintained to a high level Protect stock from loss or damage To assist in conducting regular stock takes as and when requested by Head Office. To assist the Store Manager in all other duties in all aspects of the smooth running of the Store To provide a basic Report to outline actions and strategy of inventory management To execute all other retail activities requested by the Head Office team Know and follow all company policies and procedures. Team Leadership & Development To manage and help develop the Stock Room Assistant and ensure tasks completed and feedback given To cover your colleagues and management holidays, supporting with morning briefs as and when requested to do so by your Manager. Plus keyholder for the store. To be the first point of contact in the stockroom for the retail team. To support the team and train on stockroom functions as and when required To provide regular feedback to the management team. Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with operational, HR, Health and safety, security, and loss prevention policies Oversee stock management, deliveries, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage Lead store audits and ensure all operational procedures are properly followed Skills & Qualifications 4 years of progressive stock experience in luxury or premium retail. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
