Locum Team Manager Children & Families Hub (MASH) Location: Bromley (Hybrid 2 days in the office per week) Contract: 3 months (potential to extend) Pay Rate: Up to 45.20 per hour Are you a skilled and passionate Team Manager with MASH experience looking for your next locum opportunity? Were recruiting for a vital role in Bromleys Children and Families Hub , leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced, multi-agency safeguarding environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a MASH team supporting vulnerable children and families. Coordinate multi-agency safeguarding referrals and decision-making. Ensure the timely and effective delivery of services in line with statutory guidance. Drive best practices in information sharing, risk assessment, and threshold application. What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a Team Manager within a MASH or similar safeguarding setting. Strong understanding of multi-agency safeguarding processes.
