About the Role This is the perfect role for a multi-talented creative whos full of ideas, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine passion for branding and design. You''ll play a big part in shaping our visual identity working across everything from slick decks to punchy social graphics, from product visuals to print campaigns (and a few surprises in between). Youll be juggling briefs, collaborating with different teams, and bringing killer design ideas to life all while keeping things on-brand and beautifully executed. What Youll Be Doing Design magic Create eye-catching visuals for web, print, presentations, social media, and more. Keep us on-brand Make sure everything you create feels undeniably innDex. Work cross-functionally Collaborate with marketing, sales, product and beyond to turn ideas into great creative. Think strategically Help shape creative direction and contribute ideas that connect with our audience. Print ready Prep artwork for print and liaise with suppliers to make sure its all smooth sailing. Bonus points if you can move it Experience with animation or video editing? Even better. Stay on top of your game Balance multiple projects and hit deadlines without breaking a sweat. What Were Looking For 3 years of experience in a graphic/digital design role A strong portfolio showing versatile, concept-led, high-quality work Great taste and a solid understanding of layout, typography, colour and composition Confident across Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and ideally After Effects) Experience in animation, video editing, or motion design? Big plus. Clear, confident communication you can explain your ideas and work closely with others Super organised, self-motivated and always one step ahead Always curious, always creative youre not afraid to challenge a brief and suggest something bold What Makes You innDex Material?
