Role Overview: As Bordeaux Index continues to scale, were looking for a Logistics Associate to help keep our operations running smoothly and contribute to improving how we work as we grow. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter whos comfortable getting their hands dirty but also keen to think critically about how we can work smarter. Youll be a key member of the Operations team, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that sits at the heart of the business. Experience in logistics or fine wine is a plus but not essential for the right candidate with the mindset to learn and grow. Responsibilities: Imports and Warehouse Coordination Help support the day-to-day practices of landing stock in our warehouse. Take ownership of data entry and ensure stock is landed correctly. Identify discrepancies or shortages and coordinate with relevant teams to plan stock replacement. Plan and track inbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with customs regulations, and timely delivery. Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams for process changes, escalations, and communication. Responsible for inventory validation in local warehouse and ensuring inventory data is correct in warehouses. Technological Advancement & Innovation Support the implementation and maintenance of stock landing systems and procedures, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient processes. Support the team with new initiatives, changes and product launches that will be implemented with team lead oversight. Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the companys productivity. Actively develop process improvements within and between warehouse elements. Work cross-functionally with tech and your senior team members to optimise and automate warehouse processes and support the technological development of the team. Requirements: Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Self-motivated, curious and proactive in finding and solving problems. Pragmatic and solution-driven with strong prioritization ability. Able to work from our London Head Office a minimum of 4 days a week. Experience in logistics or fine wine would be beneficial, but is not essential for the right candidate. You will be working with a highly experienced and driven team where, alongside your day-to-day activities, you will be providing support where required.
