What youll do Lead with precision on client work Youll take the lead on some of the firms most important projects. That means owning your work from end to end, delivering outcomes with pace and clarity, and holding the line on what great looks like. 1. Run client work for leading fintech and software businesses backed by top-tier investors 2. Leverage Cortex to deliver sharper answers, sifting through messy inputs and turning them into clean, confident recommendations 3. Run high-stakes meetings with senior stakeholders including SteerCos, workshops and investor updates 4. Lead planning and execution to keep projects on time and to Cruxy standards Drive the commercial engine You wont just deliver great work. Youll help us win more of it. 1. Move deals forward by creating sharp proposals, outlines and materials that build credibility 2. Support conversations with clients and investors using evidence and insight 3. Build your network and reputation in the market through events and outreach Shape the firm as we scale Everyone at Cruxy plays a part in building the business. Proven ability to deliver high-quality work at speed, with minimal oversight 3. Clear appetite for feedback and personal development 4. Confidence to operate with senior stakeholders and hold the line when needed 5. Strong writing, thinking and communication skills 6.
